Q. Can we bring in outside food?
A. Yes! We allow any outside food to be brought in but we do ask that any leftovers are cleaned up to the best of your ability on the night.
Q. Can we bring decorations?
A. Of course! We allow balloons, signs, photos and many other types of decoration. The only things we don’t allow are confetti cannons, confetti, party poppers or any kind of streamers as they can mess with our alarms and be a nuisance to clean up properly.
Q. What time can you setup on the day of your booking?
A. As long as there are no other events on the day, you are welcome to come and setup for your booking from 1PM onwards.
Q. Can we leave decorations/gifts/items from the party overnight?
A. You are welcome to leave any large decorations, gifts or other items overnight. These will be stored as securely as possible but they must be collected by 1PM the following day to allow for any other bookings to setup for their evening with us. Anything left in the venue is at your own discretion and we hold no responsibility for any items left with us.
Q. Can we bring in our own drinks?
A. No outside drinks may be consumed in the venue. Bottles received as a gift are fine but these must be kept behind the bar for the duration of the booking and can be collected at the end. We do offer a wide range of drinks, both alcoholic and not, that will suit every taste!
Q. Can I bring a band or DJ?
A. Of course! We are more than happy for you to hire your own DJ or band, but all equipment must be provided by those performing.
Q. Is the venue accessible?
A. Our Garden Room is fully accessible with a number of entrances and accessible bathroom available in the space. The Cellar Bar space is down 2 small sets of stairs, so is not fully accessible as with the main bar so please be aware of this before booking.
Q. What is parking like at the venue?
A. There is no official parking at the venue, however, there is a drop off point that can be used for delivering food/decorations. There is an NCP multi-storey car park directly opposite the bar on Halford Street so please plan accordingly if driving to the venue.
Q. What time can we have the space until?
A. On weekdays the spaces are available until 11:30PM and 1AM on weekends.
Last orders are called at 11PM and 12:30AM respectively and all bookings must cease at the specified time.
Q. Are children allowed to attend my booking?
A. We do allow children to attend bookings, however they must be kept under supervision and not be allowed to purchase from the bar or consume any alcohol. Should we discover any person under 18 found to be consuming alcohol purchased from us or otherwise the booking can be halted and any deposit amounts will be forfeited.
